However if you have a friend or relative that wants to take advantage of these limited time offers, you may have them subscribe first and then they can use your newsletter to take advantage of these offers. Filtering software may prevent you from receiving Best Rate Times newsletter. Follow these tips...

AOL: Place the domains best-rate-guide.com in your Address Book.

Yahoo! Mail: If one of our newsletters is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field. The same goes for support e-mail.

Some spam filters: Place the domains best-rate-guide.com on the filter's whitelist. You may need to search a filter's help for how to do this -- and depending on software/version, they may call a "whitelist," a "good list" or similar name.

Other ISPs: If one of your best-rate-times newsletters is being filtered, add the best-rate-guide.com domains (or our newsletter's 'From' or 'Reply-to' address) to your address book or contact list.

If that option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.

If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's tech support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from best-rate-guide. Follow their instructions for whitelisting.

NOTE: If your ISP does not allow you to whitelist a domain, they are violating your basic right to receive e-mail from whomever you want. There are many other, customer-focused, ISPs who would love to have your business.

These are the days we live in. We use a form on our site, instead of a e-mail address to avoid being spammed. The contact form we recieve in our e-mail box and then we can help our patrons and we also provide our toll free number. (spammers usually do not call) We support fully the anti-spam motivations of all mail servers and ISPs. Every newsletter has an option to unsubscribe. With all the e-mail in all of our boxes we want to make sure you have the option. (people do forget they subscribed... often).

So please do make sure that your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping Best Rate Times Newsletter from you.
